A Game of the Year Edition or GOTY of Borderlands could be on its way to stores in September, if a new GameStop listing is anything to go by.
The US video game retail store has putted up a listing not for the game itself, but for a "Borderlands GOTY Official Strategy Guide", which could have unwittingly revealed Gearbox's plans for an enhanced version of the game prematurely.
There are no details on the listing, but if true we expect the GoTY version to pack all the DLC released so far onto one disc, and the strategy guide to cover all the updated content. The Guide is dated for September 7, which hints at a release time frame for the game.
Gearbox has released three major DLC packs for the game so far which are The Zombie Island Of Doctor Ned, Mad Moxxi's Underdome Riot And The Secret Armory Of General Knoxx.
Borderlands was released in 2009 for the PC.
